Back in February, Graham Baggett and I had the privilege of attending the Text+Context Conference, hosted by Mark Driscoll and Mars Hill Church in Seattle. It was easily one of the best conferences I have ever been to. For any of you out there who are particularly considering pastoral ministry or church planting – or even if you are leading a Bible study or small group – I would highly recommend taking some time and going through the A/V from this conference.

If you don’t have time to wade through them all, I particularly recommend Driscoll’s Putting Pastors in Their Place, Mahaney’s Pastoral Character & Loving People, Piper’s Why I Trust the Scriptures, and Chandler’s Preaching the Gospel from the Center of the Evangelical World.
